Introduction
The three day Microsoft DynamicsT GP Field Service - Implementation course identifies the key factors that are prevalent in a successful deployment of the Field Service software. A variety of planning, scheduling and implementation tools are provided to assist you during Microsoft Dynamics GP Field Service implementations
This course also reviews each of the modules included in the Field Service suite. Included are sample questions to ask the customer to help determine the appropriate setup features to ensure a successful implementation for each module. Multiple class labs are introduced for class participation to allow hands on practice of the techniques learned.
A thorough understanding of these topics allows you to have confidence in managing your first or your 15th Field Service implementation.

Prerequisites
